Shipping and Handling Information

Items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. To ensure that your

package is properly delivered and that you receive shipment within the shipping time frame,

please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and

have spaces inserted properly. If there is an issue with verifying your address, customer service

will contact you to try and resolve this issue. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do

not respond, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.

Please allow 2-9 days for processing and shipping custom orders. We offer USPS Priority Mail

to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

If you are a local resident we offer free local delivery/contactless. You have the option of having your order delivered right

 

to your door.  Local orders are delivered free of charge within a 20-mile radius of Ellisville, MS. If you would like this option

 

at checkout select Free Local Delivery.  Also describe in the notes section  special instructions for your delivery. Please note

 

that custom orders may take longer than regular orders for free local delivery. Local delivery is available from- Hours: MON-

To ensure proper social distancing, we are adhering to local regulations. Please know that we are

following all of the recommended guidelines in preventing the spread of Covid-19.  We are washing our

hands, cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing and using protective equipment when preparing your orders. We

also use proper PPE when delivering your local orders. All store associates will be equipped with clean

​

gloves and a mask. When your order arrives our delivery associate will place your order at the door if no

​

specific notes are given in the notes section when placing your order. Our associate will knock or ring

​

door bell and step back 6-feet before customer opens door. Once order is picked up by customer,

​

associate will wave confirming delivery.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to correct it. Items must be returned within 30 days. You can return or exchange your item by contacting us at: jewelrytrendsbyvic@gmail.com

Please include the first and last name of the purchaser, item name and item SKU number when requesting your return or exchange. We will send you a pre-printed return shipping label to return the item.

• Watches not special-ordered and accessories can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging.

• You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class jewelry, special-ordered watches, charitable donations.

• We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

 

Preparing Your Return by Mail

To return an item to JEWELRY TRENDS by Vic, please follow these steps:

 

• Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.

• Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box or mailer.

• All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.

• We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges,

Cancellation Policy for Virtual Consultation

Regardless of when your booking was placed. If for any reason you cancel your reservation your deposit is 100% REFUNDABLE, within 48 hours prior the consultation.
